If you are unable to leave home at this time, and reside in Lynn, Marblehead, Salem or Swampscott, submit the below form to have our Volunteer Manager, Bryan Lamoreau, coordinate with a trained volunteer to assist.

• Volunteers commit to adhering strictly to current CDC guidelines for safety and governmental restrictions.

• By filling out this form, you are requesting assistance from a volunteer with whom you will be paired. 

• Volunteers do not cover the cost of groceries. 

Information submitted will remain confidential. When a pairing is made, we will only share the volunteer information with the recipient. The recipient will then reach out and make contact.
