A New Model: Career Up
Using immersive professional networking travel experiences and combining it with a comprehensive leadership-training institute, Career UP seeks to uncover the best talent on the market for your organization. Integral to this expeirence are meaningful summer, semester or year-long internships in a variety of market sectors.
Applicants will apply for the opportunities through Career Up and be vetted by the Career Up team (who know them personally) and lay leaders to ensure the best matches. Qualified applications will then be forwarded to potential employers, who will have the final say in all hiring decisions. Beyond the internship, interns have the opportunity to participate in leadership development workshops. Included in these sessions are personal assessments, learning experiences with top-business executives, leadership training, and community service projects all intended to instill greater professional confidence, to provide necessary networking skills, to strengthen individual work ethics, and to build more well-rounded professionals.
