How did you find out about The White Home?

Photo/Video Release Form

Since the photographer/videographer owns the copyright to all photographs and videos, we would like to obtain your permission to use photos/videos primarily for social media, but also if an opportunity arises for magazine ads or more. We would not receive or accept any compensation for your photos.

By checking this box and submitting payment, I hereby grant permission to Historic Rock Hill, The White Home to use and reproduce any portion of the photo and video images that have been taken by me for the purpose of their self use and/or self promotion publications, which can include, but is not limited to, books, cards, calendars, magazines, billboard, website(s), Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and other social media sites without any compensation given to me. I grant Historic Rock Hill, The White Home and Hospitality Butler access to use any pictures and videos needed, but without harming or discrediting the photographer, videographer, bride or artist of their work. Historic Rock Hill, The White Home and Hospitality Butler will not resale or misuse the photos or video in a manner that will exploit or cause malicious representation towards your company or us as a premier venue. Crediting the picture by providing a credit when it's used to the original photographer. I confirm and represent that I am the owner, photographer, videographer, and/or model and validate the use of my photos to Historic Rock Hill, The White Home. I will provide Historic Rock Hill, The White Home with access to photo and/or video images as soon as reasonably possible post event date. I have read and understand the foregoing statement, and I am competent to execute this agreement.

Annual Photo Passholder Policy | The White Home

Cost is $300 per year for 12 months beginning at date of purchase, purchase your pass
Each photography session MUST be approved through our online reservation request form
Passholders may bring no more than 6 guests per session
Pass is valid Monday-Thursday only, additional rates apply for weekend sessions starting at $75/hour
No mini sessions OR prom sessions are permitted
Pass does not include access to the inside of the White Home
Photographers can rent the inside of the home if needed for an additional rate with prior approval
Approved photographers may utilize our venue for a maximum of two hours on site per day
Full payment is required at time of reservation. No refunds. Sessions may be rescheduled for a future date within 3 months from the original scheduled date.
Professional photographers have priority use of specifically reserved areas. Photographers may take photos only in approved areas. No photographers, assistants, or subjects may step in any locked buildings or other areas deemed off-limits to the public without permission
Climbing or mounting equipment in trees, buildings, or other improvements is prohibited
No drone photography allowed without explicit consent from Historic Rock Hill-The White Home
All photo subjects must be fully and appropriately clothed
Photography of landscapes and architecture may not be used for commercial or retail purposes without prior written approval from Historic Rock Hill-The White Home
Historic Rock Hill-The White Home reserves the right to prohibit any photography on its property for any reason, including if the filming or photography creates the potential for: (i) disruption of activities of guests, events, or employees; (ii) damage to or alteration of The White Home property; (iii) inappropriate use of Historic Rock Hill-The White Home name, marks or image
Photographers will be held accountable for any damage to the White Home or grounds incurred during their session
Historic Rock Hill-The White Home requires that all photographers and videographers be licensed and insured. A copy of your insurance listing the property as an additional insured is required prior to scheduling your sessions.
Should it be known that you’re utilizing the property outside of the terms of the photography pass (i.e., weddings, microweddings, baby showers, mini sessions, etc.) you will be subjected to the cost of a full day rental
