GSTA Advisor Responsibilities Agreement

1. Attend the event with your students and stay until your last student leaves the event. If an advisor cannot attend the event, a school staff member or school-approved volunteer may attend in their place. Please alert OUT Maine to any changes in the chaperone attending the event with students.

2. Sign in and out of the event, accounting for all students' safe arrival and departure.

3. Advisors are responsible for following their school's protocol for off-campus events including medical considerations, emergency contact scenarios, and permission forms.
