2024 Camper Application

Camper must be able to walk without assistive devices, such as wheelchairs, scooters, or walkers.

We are sorry but due to the natural terrain of the campsite, Camp PARC is unable to accommodate wheelchairs (manual or power), electric scooters, or other mobility devices. If you wish to speak to our directors, please contact Ted or Judy Risch at 814-410-5343.

Camper must be toilet trained during waking hours. Nighttime diapers and/or pull-ups are permitted.

Camper must be free of medical devices, such as, but not limited to: colostomy bags, oxygen tanks, daily injections, and IV medications.

Our nurses are great, but care is basic and there is no doctor on-site.

Camp PARC is not a healthcare facility and unfortunately is unable to accommodate the needs of your camper. If you wish to speak to our directors, please contact Ted or Judy Risch at 814-410-5343.

Camper must not bite, hit, or physically harm self or others.

Camp PARC is not a “boot camp” or a behavior modification program. Our staff is not professionally trained to deal with aggressive behaviors, along with the applicant's developmental and/or intellectual disability.

Conditions such as ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease), Alzheimer's Disease and other Dementias, Asthma, Cancer, Crohn's Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, Other Inflammatory Bowel Diseases, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Cystic Fibrosis, Diabetes, Eating Disorders, Heart Disease, Auto-Immune Disease, etc.
