Before you begin your application, please note:

Children who wish to attend Preschool (P3) must be 3 years old prior to September 1 of a given school year.
Children who wish to attend PK (P4) must be 4 years old prior to September 1 of a given year.
Children who wish to attend Kindergarten must be 5 years old prior to September 1 of a given school year.

Please complete the application below, you will need digital copies of your child's birth certificate, a current certificate of immunizations status, academic records and test scores (Kindergarten-8th Grade ONLY), and you will need to download and share a Teacher Recommendation form (again, K-8 ONLY). When these items are received and the $50 application fee is received, your application will be complete and we will contact you to schedule a shadow day. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SAVE AND RETURN TO YOUR APPLICATION - IT MUST BE COMPLETED IN ONE SITTING.

The Shadow Day consists of a parent interview and a 1-hour student shadow experience with their perspective peer group.

Finally, we are at capacity for the 2021-22 school year in Preschool/Pre-K, Kindergarten, 2nd Grade, 3rd Grade, 6th Grade, and 8th Grade. We will consider current year applicants for March enrollment at the start of our 3rd Trimester unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Financial Aid

While we do not consider financial aid when making admissions decisions, we encourage applicants to apply for assistance along with their application if needed. We also use this portal for tuition collection, so your account will come in handy should you choose to attend STCA later on.
