Partners and Community Listings who join by March 8, 2024 will be highlighted in our 2024 High Desert Food and Farm Directory.

DEFINITION OF LOCAL

Local: The High Desert region of Crook, Deschutes and Jefferson counties and Warm Springs (exceptions are made for farms/ranches in neighboring counties whose main market is Central Oregon).

Local Food: all edible food grown, raised, or processed locally.

PARTNERSHIP: Partnership guidelines are established by HDFFA. Partners must renew their Partnership annually. By becoming a Partner with HDFFA, you pledge that you source local food and/or process/prepare local food products. Partnership guidelines are used to assure that foods promoted with HDFFA marketing materials are grown, raised or crafted (processed) in Central Oregon. For questions about guidelines and eligibility, contact either Andrea Smith at andrea@hdffa.org (farm or ranch business) or Julie Forbes at julie@hdffa.org (local food business and general inquiries). Partners receive additional benefits, including a more detailed print listing, access to additional paid marketing offerings, free attendance to workshops and events, and more. 

COMMUNITY LISTINGS: These listings include a free print listing in our annual Food & Farm Directory and an online listing at getataste.org. Your listing will include your business name, contact information, and physical address (if desired). You must also agree that you that you source local food and/or process/prepare local products.

$50 For partners grossing…….. $0 - $75,000

$100 For partners grossing…….$75,001 - $150,00

$150 for partners grossing……..$150,000+

 

* Note that these are suggested fee rates. HDFFA seeks to eliminate barriers to partnership, so we welcome you to choose the partnership rate that allows your business to become a partner this year.

Partners who wish to sign up past the March 8th deadline will be included in the online directory and will have access to other partner benefits.

Partnership Fees

To make partnerships equitable and accessible to all, partnership rates are based on a business’ gross income. Partners also have the option to add on an additional marketing package to drive even more customers to your business. THE DEADLINE FOR INCLUSION IN OUR 2024 PRINT DIRECTORY IS MARCH 8, 2024. However, you may join as a partner year-round and enjoy all other benefits.

HDFAA seeks to be equitable and accessible, with low rates to include all farms and ranches whose practices comply with our local pledge, as well as all locally owned restaurants that source raw products from Central Oregon producers and businesses whose mission and business practices support a sustainable, regional food system
