Fermentation Workshop with Auspicious Brew

Join us for an evening of discussion and exploration on the topic of fermentation led by Auspicious Brew founder and head brewer, Helen Leavitt. We will cover a brief  history of fermentation and its influence on society, various basic recipes of favorite fermented foods and beverages, and sample a selection of fermented foods including locally made sourdough, raw cheese, cured meats, fermented veggies, and of course - kombucha! This will be both informational and hands on where you'll learn about the basic tools and tricks for common recipes.
