Please select which Gala Sub-Committee(s) you would like to join. An overview of each Sub-Committee is listed below. Sub-Committees will meet virtually.

SUB-COMMITTEE 1: SPONSORSHIP

• Develop a list of corporate and individual prospects

• Establish communication/relationship with prospect, lapsed and past sponsors to confirm participation

• Strategize outreach efforts to ensure new corporate sponsors

• Communicate sponsor information to office for acknowledgement once confirmed

SUB-COMMITTEE 2: AUDIENCE DEVELOPMENT 

• Work with Chairs/Staff to fill tables and/past Fund the Mission donors via the following:

  • Follow up with past attendees to confirm participation

  • Establish communication/relationship with prospective goals to encourage participation

  • Make outreach in community to publicize event

  • Communicate sales/contributions to office for acknowledgement

SUB-COMMITTEE 3: ALTERNATIVE FUNDRAISING (AUCTION)

• Work with Chairs/Staff to meet/exceed fundraising goal via the following:

  • Strategize outreach efforts to ensure quality live auction items,

  • Generate new ideas and secure a unique raffle item that will garner significant revenue ($10,000+)

  • Coordinate pick up/delivery of all goods to office

  • Communicate donor information to office for acknowledgement

SUB-COMMITTEE 4: TABLE HOST

• Work with Chairs/Staff to meet/exceed fundraising goal via the following:

  • Secure/Host a table of (10) Guests

  • Encourage 100% table participation in Fund the Mission
