 Jewish Matryoshka Project invites Russian-Speaking families to Самый Цимес! Cooking Workshop

Sunday, August 30 at 4:00PM

Elisabeth Fraiman will guide us through the process of creating a culinary masterpiece for your Rosh Hashanah table.

We will cook:

  • A festive quick salad

  • Slow Tzimmes with chicken

Elisabeth Fraiman is a Russian-Jewish-Israeli Moscow-based chef, literary and culinary blogger, creator of the "I wanna be a chef" project, and instructor of the "Bread and Food" Culinary School. Her workshops are always charged with incredible energy, filled with jokes, helpful tips and incredible recipes.

Cost:

  •  $15/family. Includes supplies delivered to you (available to Baltimore city and county residents only).

  • Free without delivery. The list of the ingredients will be sent to you to buy on your own. 

Limited to 15 families.  Registration closes August 26
