R.I.C.H. Conference- Exhibitor Application

April 16^th and 17^th, 2025

Doubletree Hotel, Manchester, NH

• $1,500 Premium Exhibitors: Located in the entry hallway near registration (10 tables available, includes two full 2-day registrations).
• $800 Standard Exhibitors: Located in exhibitor area (includes two full two-day registrations).
• $650 Non-Profit Exhibitors: Located in exhibitor area includes ONE full two-day registration (proof of 501c3 non-profit status required).

• • A 6-foot table and 2 chairs.
  • Your business name will be featured in the thank you section of the conference program.
  • Discounted advertisement space is available in the conference program.
  • Approximately 40 exhibitor booths are available and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Event Details:

• Dates: Wednesday, April 16th, 2025, and Thursday, April 17th, 2025.
• Time: 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM each day.
• Parking: Discounted at $10 per day if booked in advance.
• Electrical Access: 110V available for an additional $25 fee.
• Additional staff registrations must be completed online at the full conference registration price.

Accommodation:

• A block of hotel rooms is reserved for exhibitors at a rate of $164 per night plus 8.5% tax.  You MUST make reservation by calling 603-625- 1000 and asking for RICH conference rate.  

Insurance Requirement:

• All exhibitors and sponsors must provide a certificate of insurance (COI) with $1 million/$2 million liability coverage, plus proof of workers' compensation insurance.
• These documents must be submitted by April 1st. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your exhibit space.
