WORKS Volunteer Form

The WORKS clothing room provides high quality, clean, gently used children’s and teen clothing to Shoreline School District families experiencing circumstances that make it challenging to clothe their children for school.

PTA volunteers must read and agree to the Volunteer Guidelines before volunteering on site at The WORKS.  A Volunteer Agreement must be filled out, signed and turned in the first time one volunteers each year. You can contact the Volunteer Coordinator to confirm you have an agreement filed for the current year. ALL VOLUNTEER SHIFTS MUST BE SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE by using the form below or contacting Jill Steinberg, Chair of The WORKS at shorelineptaworks@gmail.com.

Teen Volunteers
The WORKS provides an opportunity for teen volunteer hours.  There is limited space available on Wednesdays and teens must make arrangements ahead of time, Please see Student Volunteer Guidelines and Student Volunteer Agreement.

Individuals and Community Groups
The WORKS is looking for adult volunteers for Wednesday nights (regular and occasional shifts). Additional daytime volunteer opportunities and special projects are available throughout the year.

Sorting and packaging product drive items, restocking the clothing room, helping set up for special events are some of the ways groups can participate. Due to limited space, we cannot accomodate large groups.
