Please Note the Following Important Details Before Completing Registration:

  • All registrations are Per Individual. For Tracks 1-3, both you AND your partner will need to fill out this registration form. Be sure to note registration deadlines found on our website to ensure both you and your partner register in time.
  • Meals are NOT included with registration.
  • All attendees for tracks 1-3 are required to purchase and complete a track preparatory online course. Ideally, you'll want to allow 2-3 months to complete this course.   • Any coupon discounts are taken off of full pricing rates, not early bird rates.

Participation Agreement

Because THRIVE Training is an exercise of Christians in community, it will function under the righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit which is characteristic of the Kingdom of God - as best we can synchronize with our hearts. Consequently, participation is limited to people who, like us, seek to be synchronized with what God is doing in the world. Participation is limited exclusively to this group.

By participating in THRIVE training you agree to observe the following guidelines during the week: No inebriation, intoxication or appearing under the influence of drugs; No lewd, vulgar, or provocative dress or behavior; No pagan, blasphemous, or occult activities; No mean, quarrelsome, bitter, antagonistic, slanderous speech.

Anyone deemed "disruptive" by THRIVE Staff will, at their sole discretion, be removed immediately from participation. Participants deemed disruptive will forfeit their conference fees and be responsible for any additional expenses incurred. If this should seem unfair, participants may appeal to THRIVE Staff in writing after the end of the conference, citing their reasons and requesting 50% of the fees for the remaining portion of the week.

Anyone deemed "unsuitable' or "unstable" by THRIVE Staff will, at their sole discretion, be removed immediately from participation in THRIVE. Participants deemed unsuitable or unstable will receive a partial refund of their conference fee.

Participation:
I give permission for THRIVE staff to contact my references. I have read, understand, and agree with the terms and limits described above. I agree to participate in THRIVE training according to these terms and will leave the conference grounds immediately if I should fail to do so and be deemed disruptive, unstable or unsuitable by THRIVE staff. I agree to forfeit my fees should I fail to participate within the conditions and limits described herein. I affirm that all the information in my application is true to the best of my knowledge.

I affirm that above all my doubts, conflicts, emotions and thoughts, I desire full participation in the Kingdom of God and complete harmony with the Lordship of Jesus in my life. I request that I be held accountable to this commitment for the duration of THRIVE.

Safety and Health:
I understand that THRIVEtoday aims to provide a safe and healthy environment for all participants, and THRIVEtoday practices Christian community standards which aim for at least adult maturity. This includes caring for my needs as well as the needs of others around me, and actively protecting others from myself. I agree to practice earned maturity which includes being a gentle protector and doing my part to protect others from myself in the event I become ill before or during the training by choosing not to attend or removing myself from the training if need be. I understand that the in-person THRIVEtoday training events will abide by CDC, state, and local health departments’ recommended preventative procedures pertaining to community health. I acknowledge that by attending an in-person event I am increasing my risk of encountering contagions, and I will not hold THRIVEtoday responsible for any illness, loss of fees, or any other consequence that arises from cancellation of attendance due to illness. I understand that THRIVEtoday will abide by their refund policy in the event of sickness.

I understand that the bonus track I am attending officially runs Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and includes the Sunday night orientation. I realize I am welcome to join in the fellowship, dance, and God’s Hour on Thursday and Friday but understand that any other opportunities for me to be involved on Thursday and Friday have not been finalized and are not guaranteed.
I am aware that THRIVEtoday will be taking photography/video during the event, and I may appear in such images. I understand they will not be singling out individuals for photography/videos. I hereby consent to the photographing of myself and the recording of my voice, and the use of photographs and/or recordings singularly or in conjunction with other photographs and/or recordings for advertising, publicity, commercial, or other business purposes. I understand that the term "photograph" as used herein encompasses still photographs and motion picture footage. If for some reason I need to ensure pictures/videos of me are not taken or used, I will contact THRIVEtoday at events@thrivetoday.org to work out a solution to my particular situation.
A full refund (minus the $30 credit card transaction fee) will be given for cancellations more than 6 weeks before the event, 50% up to 3 weeks prior, and no refund within 3 weeks of the event. Regarding COVID: While we anticipate being able to proceed as normal with our 2024 Denver Training, there is a possibility of cancellation or postponement due to COVID-19. If we should have to reschedule for that reason, you can either park your registration and apply it the next available training OR you can receive a refund minus the $30 nonrefundable transaction fee.
