Teaching Artist Workshop- It's All About Perspective

November 13, 2021- 9:00-noon

We could all benefit from a shift in our perspective from time to time, so in this session we will consider how photography and poetry might be utilized to do just that! We will play around with poetry, both reading and writing, explore how we might use texts as an inspiration for photography, and engage with simple digital photo editing techniques. Participants will also leave with creative writing prompts, sample lesson plans, assessment tools, and instructions for using the digital editing tool Snapseed (free app). Participants must bring their own phone or tablet for taking photographs with Snapseed already installed.

The cost is $10 per participant. Ticket price can be refunded after completion of workshop if needed. Please email christine@neighborhoodnorth.com to request.

I give Neighborhood North Museum of Play permission to use photos, videos, and audio of myself and my child(ren) in promotional materials that support Neighborhood North and its programs. I release Neighborhood North from any liability connected with the use of our picture or voice recording as a part of any promotional recruitment or fundraising programs.
