When Cleveland Neighborhood Progress and Burten, Bell, Carr Development Inc. took ownership of Shaker Square in 2022 to prevent it from going into foreclosure, there has been no shortage of projects to invest in the Square.
Since then, we have invested millions of dollars in new roofs and freshly paved parking lots, improved security, and community programming.
