Volunteer Dates and Times/Job Descriptions

Please review the available volunteer dates and times and job descriptions for both Saturday and Sunday below and select your preference(s).

Saturday, October 5th

Site Prep and Beautification: Please dress to get a little dirty. We'll provide tools and work gloves for those who want them. We'll have a to-do-list on site, but feel free to contact us if you'd like more detailed information about what you can expect to be doing. (It will depend a little on the weather, too!)

Saturday 10/5: 1-4pm

Sunday, October 6th

Event setup: Help make sure everything is tidy, in place, and looking great for the event.

(HIGH PRIORITY) Greeter/Parking: Greet everyone as they drive up and welcome them to Prairie Loft.Direct traffic flow with a smile! This important role starts our guests' visit off right.

Kids' Area: Love to play and create? This is the job for you! Prairie Loft staff will plan activities and provide guidance.

Beautification: This is an active role as you move around the property ensuring that all trash is picked up, the bathrooms are clean and answer any questions about the location of events from the patrons.

Sunday 10/6: 12:30-3:00pm

Sunday 10/6: 3:00-5:30pm (Includes cleanup)
