The Pathways Scholarship, named in honor of Dr. Khan Nedd, a founding board member, provides an academic scholarship for continuing education students underrepresented backgrounds transitioning from one program to the next (high school to postsecondary, postsecondary to professional degree, from professional degree to terminal degree). A Scholarship Luncheon is provided to acknowledge the achievements of the recipients. 

 
Qualifications: 
 
High school and current college student applicants: must possess a 2.5/4.0 GPA minimum; be a participating member of our My Pace Program; must be exploring a healthcare industry career; demonstrate financial need; be a member of a historically underrepresented population in higher education; completed the FAFSA. 
 
Returning learners: If you are not a current student, please submit a copy of your high school diploma or equivalent, and you must be an Adult Learner or Black Womb Worker applicant to qualify.
 
Black womb workers:  Please submit a copy of your high school diploma or equivalent, and you must a Black Womb Worker applicant to qualify.

Awards: 
All awards will be disbursed upon enrollment verification in a certificate or academic program from a two- or four-year institution. Awards will be announced on a rolling basis, depending upon the request and academic program need.
  
Award Amounts:  Varies based on financial need; $2,000 and up to the cost of tuition
