Apply for future Phone Banking Position!

DAILY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reach voters through phone banking to educate them about critical issues;
  • Ensure all data is submitted in a timely fashion and submit daily reports with activity reports;
  • Reach daily and weekly benchmark goals for number of voters contacted and supporters identified.

REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Must have strong phone etiquette, basic computer skills, and a good attitude!
    • Highly motivated, responsible and able to work independently and take initiative;
    • Outgoing, excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable speaking to people over the phone;
    • Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to connect with diverse people;
    • Demonstrated ability to follow guidelines and complete required tasks;
    • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure;
    • Strong commitment to social and racial justice;
    • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and integrity;

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous canvassing or phone banking experience.
  • Speak a language other than English is a plus!
