What You Need to Know!
· Sponsorship presences and Participant tables will be located inside Vancouver Mall.
· Set up time starts at 9:00 am; NO LOAD IN AFTER 10:00 am. You will be provided 1 8’ table, black linen tablecloth and 1 chair (you may bring an extra chair if you need one).
· Participants are encouraged to be set-up by 10:00 am; this will provide the opportunity to engage with additional community members prior to children's arrival at 11:00 am.
· We encourage you to bring your own signage, banner, handouts and give-aways.Please plan for a minimum of 500 children and their families to attend the event.
· Costumes welcome, but not required.
· Tables must be staffed at all times.
· Participants are required to stay through 2:00 pm (no exceptions).
· Participants are responsible for removing all company and personal items following the event.
· All garbage will need to be packed up and taken with the Participants at the end of the event.
· Participants may unload and enter Vancouver Mall through any of the main entrances.
