Autumn Pathways: Guided Forest Bathing Session

Location: Fuller Forest Preserve, York Maine

Engage all your senses in the splendor and color of Autumn in Coastal Maine. Featuring a slow walk and Guided Forest Bathing Session at Fuller Forest. We will walk slowly over one mile total, engage in guided mindful movements and meditations, and end with a tea gathering in the forest. Perfect for beginners and seasoned forest bathers alike. No dogs kindly. Walk starts promptly at 1pm. Nev will be greeting people starting at 12:30 at the Fuller Forest sign in the parking lot.
