Our Soup Hotline is a volunteer initiative that delivers free, delicious, and hot chicken soup to students when they're feeling under the weather.

Order & Deliveries:

Please submit soup orders by 3:00 pm EST to ensure same night delivery. Any soup orders submitted after 3:00 pm or during the weekend will be delivered the next delivery evening.
We can only deliver to your recipient if we receive a confirmation text from them BEFORE 4:00 pm EST. If we don’t receive this confirmation, their delivery will be made the following delivery window. Please be sure the phone number listed for your student is correct!

PLEASE NOTE – We do NOT deliver on the following days/times:

Friday – Sunday
Jewish, Secular, or University holidays
Winter & Spring Break
During the summer months

*If it is not convenient for the soup to be delivered in the evenings, you may make arrangements to pick up the soup at Hillel from 9:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday to Thursday.
