$815 - Tier 1 (covers the true cost of the camp you are signing up for-including full salaries, facility upkeep, and gear and insurance costs. When you choose to pay our Tier 1 price, you are taking an active role in supporting the full cost of your child’s summer camp.)

$690 - Tier 2 (includes a small subsidy for families, in or out of the state of West Virginia, who may not be able to swing the fully-loaded price.)

$565 - Tier 3 (historically our "in-state tuition" level. We are now happy to extend this rate to any family in need including those who live outside of West Virginia.)

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Experience Learning requires a $150 non-refundable deposit to hold your place on the week of camp. If you cancel more than two months before the program start date, Experience Learning will retain the $150 deposit and you will receive a refund for the remaining camp tuition. If you cancel more than four weeks before the start date, Experience Learning will retain the deposit as well as 50% of the remaining tuition. If you cancel within four weeks of the camp start date, unfortunately Experience Learning is unable to issue a refund and we will retain all funds paid to date, or the funds can be transferred to a camp later on in the summer or to someone willing to fill that spot in the camp. These funds can only be applied to a new participant to that camp, not someone already registered. The new participant can be registered for another session of camp, but must keep that enrollment in addition to the new camp.

Tuition is due by April 1, 2024. If you register after April 1, 2024, tuition must be paid in full.
