Back by popular demand! With 30 years of experience as Garden Manager at Asticou Azalea Gardens in Northeast Harbor, Mary Roper will cover pruning for aesthetics and plant health. The workshop will focus on pruning native woody plants in garden settings, but techniques will be applicable to non-natives as well. Learn about appropriate timing and practices for shaping woody plants to achieve different objectives. Bring gloves and hand tools to try out what you have learned.
