Safety Policy and Waiver of Liability

Please read the 2024 Safety Policy and Individual Waiver of Liability before completing your registration, and check the box below indicating that you agree. When you arrive at the Mill, you will be asked to sign a paper copy of the Woodworking Shop Release and Waiver of Responsibility. It is linked here for your convenience and to save time at your workshop, but we will have hard copies on site for you to review and sign.

Please check here if you are registering someone 16-17 years of age. A parent or legal guardian must sign the Woodworking Shop Safety form and liability waiver. We will contact you to make arrangements to have this form signed ahead of the class.
