This workshop is open to adults and children 8+ with an accompanying adult.

To register a child you will be accompanying:

• Fill out the form with the adult’s contact information and add the child’s name and age in the box.
• Choose the adult/child pair option in the payment field. 
• To request a tuition scholarship, choose the custom payment or pay $0 option and check the appropriate tuition scholarship request box.
• Please note that scholarships do not cover materials fee. 
• Contact Jill at jhall@chasesmill.org with questions.

TO REQUEST A FULL TUITION SCHOLARSHIP, please choose "pay $0 now" and check the "full tuition scholarship." 

TO REQUEST A PARTIAL TUITION SCHOLARSHIP and pay the remainder online now, please enter the amount you wish to pay for this class in the box and check the "partial tuition scholarship" box.

TO PAY BY CHECK choose "pay $0 now" and mail your check (note the name of the class) to Chase's Mill, PO Box 608, Alstead, NH 03602 to hold your spot.
