Safe Zones are networks of individuals trained and committed to support the unique issues facing lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer youth. This training is designed to assist participants in creating a positive atmosphere that is supportive, welcoming and inclusive for LGBTQ youth. These workshops are interactive and use a variety of strategies, media, large and small group work all designed to engage the professional learner. Each of the 3 training topics will last approximately one hour in length. View the full descriptions of the modules here.
