Join our public walk on the Hampden Meadows Greenbelt on Wednesday, May 22 at 9 am. All ages are welcome! You may bring dogs on leashes.
Our walk will begin at the trailhead on Kent Street in Barrington, across from the tennis courts. Kent Street is a short road that runs between New Meadow Road and Sowams Road. We’ll start on the main trail, explore a woodsy spur that connects with New Meadow Road, and circle back to the main trail, continuing as far as Linden Road, and then return via the main trail. The entire walk is approximately 2 miles.
You may park at the tennis courts on Kent St. Dress for the weather and wear sturdy, water-resistant footwear. We'll keep moving at a moderate pace and be finished in about an hour.
