Holiday Market MEMBER artist Sign Up 12.1- 12.17.2023

December 1st- December 17th Holiday Market

Holiday Market includes ALL MEDIUMs, focusing on Holiday Gifts. Original works - 1 piece per artist for hanging should be submitted. Quantities for smaller works listed below is an estimate and will be coordianted with each artist upon registration.  

Photos submitted will be used for promotional purposes and should be Jpeg or Png file, NO HEIC please.  

Evanston Made Membership must be current.

Hanging work 2-3 pc per artists

Printed works 12- 18pc maximum and must be an assortment

Jewelry 12-24 pcs.

Ceramics 12-18 pcs

Wearables, textiles 12 pcs.

Other submissions or specifics, please contact us directly.

DEADLINE: ALL WORK must be entered into Shopevanstonmade.org by November 20th to be a part of the pop-up and part of our teaser and promotional campaign.

All work in the Pop Up will be featured and highlighted online and on our website.

Requests for more work will be based on available space and sales AND will continue throughout the duration of the Holiday Market!

 

Member Artist Fee for participation $25 to help cover promotional and operational expenses.

Drop off date 11/29/23 Noon to 6pm at Found on Chicago.

There will be an opening events scheduled during the run of the Pop-up.

In addition to Artist talks, demonstrations and tie-ins to all Downtown Evanston events throughout the 2 weeks. Full calendar of events and details will be posted in the Member Services page on the webiste.
