This 7-page guide presents a 90-minute intergenerational program for families with children ages 7–12. It explores ways that Judaism can help us develop meaningful mindfulness practices.

The guide includes:

- A full script for leading the workshop, including:

- Activities to do at five stations (Yoga, Calming Breathing, Silly Walking, Classic Mindful Walking, Cultivating Quiet)
