2024 Pick-Your-Own CSA Scholarship

Thank you for claiming one of our 10 CSA Scholarships for 2024! We are delighted to welcome you into our Pick-Your-Own CSA this season.

These scholarships are designed to make our program accessible to those in our community who would otherwise be financially unable to join us. We're trusting our community to self-identify for this new food security program and to ensure that these limited scholarships are kept in place for those who really need them.

For instance, you might need this scholarship if you:

  • are not able to meet all your basic needs or expenses,
  • participate in public assistance programs,
  • have significant expenditures like uninsured medical bills or tuition.

As a full member of our 2024 Pitney Meadows Community Farm Pick-Your-Own CSA, you will have access to a weekly share of assorted vegetables, herbs, and cut flowers from our fields, along with a handful of additional crops that will be harvested for you and available in our CSA cooler.

Timeframe: June 27 - September 23 (13 weeks)

Cost: $450, fully covered by your scholarship.

For more information about our Pick Your Own CSA program, please review our 2024 CSA Member Handbook: here.

At Pitney Meadows Community Farm we strive to do our best to plan for and provide you with a bountiful share each week. The quantity or variety of produce may vary from week to week and season to season due to weather, insects, or other production factors. By joining our CSA, you are agreeing to share in both the risk of crop failure and potential for a bountiful harvest with us and other community members.
