SCLT Community Rooms Request Form

Thank you for your interest in using the SCLT Community Rooms.

The SCLT Community Rooms hours are 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week.

Before you complete this form, please read the terms of use on our website.

Please complete the form below to request use of this space. Once it is complete, an SCLT staff member will follow up with you or a person from your group or organization you have designated to complete your request. Please provide your preferred contact information so we can follow up.
