2023 Inkubator Writing Conference Food Orders 

The Inkubator Writing Conference is fast approaching! 

The two-day in-person portion of the conference on Friday and Saturday, September 22-23, will be packed with literary events. Water, coffee, and additional snacks will be available for free throughout the day. But if you’d like to relax and mingle with other attendees, we’ve made special arrangements for participants to pre-order food so that you don’t have to leave the library.

 

BOX LUNCHES

Box lunch selections are $15 each and are available for Friday and/or Saturday. Pre-order and you will be able to pick up your lunch between 12:30-1:30pm at the conference. 

Box lunch options include:

  • TOMATO MOZZARELLA FRESCO – All veggie combination of market fresh tomato, thick-sliced fresh mozzarella, field greens, red peppers, and red onion with balsamic glaze and pesto mayo on focaccia (served with Crack Kettle Chips and a freshly baked cookie)
  • NAPA VALLEY TURKEY BREAST – Turkey breast, mozzarella, mixed field greens tossed in cherry balsamic dressing, tomato, and red onion with arugula mayo on focaccia (served with Crack Kettle Chips and a freshly baked cookie)
  • BLUEBERRY CHICKEN HARMONY - Grilled chicken breast, mozzarella, arugula, tomato, and red onion with blueberry chia jam and mayo (served with Crack Kettle Chips and a freshly baked cookie)
  • SOUTHWEST CHICKEN SALAD – Chopped romaine, diced tomato, corn salsa, black beans, oven roasted chicken, pepper jack & cheddar, scallions, cilantro and crunchy tortilla hay served with citrus cilantro dressing
  • GARDEN SALAD – Romaine, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, carrots, and croutons served with ranch
  • SEDONA SPA SALAD WITH CHICKEN – Field greens & romaine, oven roasted chicken, celery, apples, grapes, candied walnuts, and craisins served with housemade creamy pecan vinaigrette

 

FRIDAY DINNER

Join us for a special $25 buffet dinner mixer on Friday, September 22 between 5-7pm. 

The buffet includes:

  • Seasonal Greens Salad Normandy's Mixed Greens, Carrots and Artisan Tomatoes (v-vg-gf). Served with Ranch (v-gf-e-m-s) and Italian (v-gf-e) Dressing.
  • Normandy Dinner Roll (v) Fresh Baked Soft Yeast Dinner Roll Served with Butter Packets.
  • Bruschetta Chicken (gf-m-s) Grilled Boneless Breast of Chicken Topped with Fresh Basil, Tomato and Mozzarella Cheese. Balsamic Drizzle.
  • Sliced Top Round Roast Beef (gf) Slow Cooked Top Round Roast Beef. Served with our House Made Horseradish Sauce (e-m-s).
  • Green Beans (v-gf-m)
  • Buttermilk Smashed Redskin Potatoes (v-gf-m)

Additional drinks will be available with the buffet.
