CHADD Conference 2023 Scholarship Application
Current members of CHADD Chapter 168 are eligible for a scholarship of $200 payable AFTER the conference and contingent on proof of payment and attendance. Ten scholarships will be offered on a first come first serve basis. Scholarships are not guaranteed.
