2023 Honored Citizen Dinner

Help AFO staff kick off the largest industry event of the year! All volunteers will receive free admission to the event. Learn more about the event honoring Hermann Colas Jr., here.

All volunteer positions will occur in person on Monday, October 9th and Tuesday, October 10th at the Oregon Convention Center in the Oregon Ballroom.

Please select one or more volunteer slots below. All volunteer positions will occur in person on Monday, October 9th and Tuesday, October 10th at the Oregon Convention Center. All volunteers will receive one free ticket to the event.

MON, OCT 9th

4:00-7:00pm - Stage design assembly and pre-event setup

TUES, OCT 10th

4:00pm -7:00 PM - Pre-event Setup

4:10-6:00pm - Patron Reception Registration

5:00-5:30 - Directional Assistance (assist guests in locating ballroom)

5:30-6:00 - Directional Assistance (assist guests in locating ballroom)

4:45-7:15pm - General Event Registration

5:15-6:45pm - Hype Sales (Encourage people to purchase raffle items! )

6:45-7:10pm - Ballroom Directional Assistance (Help attendees find their tables before the dinner and program)

5:00-5:30 (training) and 8:30 pm - Auction Spotters and Paddle Raise Bid Recorders

9:00-9:45pm - Event Checkout and Strike/Cleanup
