Event Setup & Welcome
Description: Get the Hub ready and help walkers with sign-in and/or registration as they arrive
Time: 2pm
Duration: 1 hour
Route Station Host
Description: Stand or sit at a specific point on the route to encourage walkers and offer water
Time: 2:30pm
Duration: Up to 2 hours, depending on where you are stationed
After-Walk Greeter
Description: Check in walkers as they return and distribute “thank you” bags
Time: 2:30-4:30pm
Duration: 1 hour (choice of 2:30 to 3:30pm or 3:30 to 4:30pm)
Event Cleanup
Description: Help clean up the Hub after all or most walkers have returned
Time: 4:30pm
Duration: 1 hour
