1. Go to https://www.identogo.com and choose Tennessee under Services by State.
2. Under Enrollment Services, click on Digital Fingerprinting.
3. Click on Schedule a New Appointment.
4. When asked for a Service code, click Don't know your Service Code.
5. For Agency Name, select Health Care.
6. For Applicant type, select Health Services.
7. For ORI number, enter TNHS00384. It should prompt that you are doing this for Rescue 1 Global.
8. Read and agree to the Acknowledge/Release form.
9. Enter your zip code to find your nearest IdentoGo location.
10. Use the displayed schedule to book an appointment.
