This form is for St. Cecilia Catholic School parents to report their school volunteer hours. This form is only for reporting school-specific volunteer hours for the 2020 - 2021 school year.

We realize that this 2020 - 2021 school year has been unlike others in the past, and many volunteer opportunities did not occur this year. However, some programs such as HSA, HSA Room Parents, HSA Door Decorating, Booster Club, School Board, and other HSA Committees did have some volunteer opportunities this year, and we would like to track those hours.

Filling out this form will greatly help the school account for the many, many volunteer hours parents give to the school each year. We also report this information to the parish, which then counts towards the in-parish tuition discount.

Please note: If both spouses in a couple volunteer for the school, please fill out this form individually for both spouses. 

Also, please note: If you volunteer for multipule opportunities, please use the mutliple drop down lists below to let us know all of your volunteer hours for the 2020 - 2021 school year. 

For clarification purposes - the following volunteer opportunities are parish volunteer hours and need to be reported on the parish form:
- Fall Fest
- Parish Sports - Coaching
- Scouting - Leaders
- Parish Committees - Women's Club, God's Gifts, etc.
- Adoration, Eucharistic Ministry, Altar Serving, Lectors, etc.
