Rights, Respect, Responsibility (3Rs) Curriculum Training

The Rights, Respect, Responsibility Curriculum is a comprehensive K-12 sexuality education curriculum created by Advocates for Youth.  

TPPP is offering a curriculum and facilitator training in order to introduce educators to the curriculum and provide participants with enhanced facilitation skills to implement the curriculum with youth. 

The training will include an overview of the 3Rs curriculum along with walkthroughs and demonstrations of selected lesson plans. Participants will engage in activities to increase their group facilitation skills and reflect on personal boundaries and values management. The training is geared towards teachers, school nurses and counselors, public health professionals and educators who could utilize the 3Rs curriculum with children and teens either by itself or in conjunction with other programs. These trainings will also include basic information on the Missouri Department of Elementary and Seconday Education Health standards that align the with 3Rs curriculum. Dates and Times (this training is 1.5 days): Wednesday, May 30, 3018 from 12:30 pm to 5:00 pm and Thursday, May 31, 2018 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

Cost:

$150 for TPPP 2018 Members

$200 for Non-Members
