Creating Wellness through Self-Reflection

The goal of this workshop is to encourage self-reflection. Oftentimes the keys to many aspects of our wellness lies within us. I will encourage attendees to create their own reminders through self-reflection, conversation, poetic expression and sharing that poetic expression. The workshop will bring to the surface simple aspects of self-care that can very easily be forgotten through the movement of our day to day life. Attendees can look forward to both moments of silent reflection and collaboration with fellow writers. The goal is to remind writers and creatives and humans that while part of our purpose is to share our gifts, that takes intention and energy, so we must take moments to center ourselves.
