We are looking forward to coming together once again to celebrate our camp and its incredible people! Come ready to spend time with old and new friends, to pitch in and volunteer, and to relax and see what's new.
Join us for: Art, banquet, beach time, dancing, eating, games, gardening, hiking, memorial gathering, music, schmoozing, silent auction, singing, and stories.
We need to make a certain amount of money on this event to be able to pay our bills and as this is one of our major fundraisers this year. Sponsorhips above the event costs will go into CPC's general funds. Rates are discounted for active members and those that share rooms with them. We have some spaces that are shared cabins which allows more people to enjoy Circle Pines. You do pay more if you select purchasing a full room.
This event includes all meals Friday to Sunday noon. We will not prorate if you arrive late or leave early. If you need accessible rooms please email info@circlepinescenter.org or call the office.
We do expect everyone to participate in the cooperative running of this event by signing up for a task or two over the course of the weekend in addition to paying for the event. Without this we have to pay more staff to run events and the prices will increase.
