Thank you for your interest in participating in the vendor market at our upcoming Fall Festival. Last year we had around 400 attendees, who helped us hit our fundraising goal while having a blast! This year's Fall Festival will take place at Holy City Brewing on Sunday, November 12th from 11:00am to 3:00pm. Find out more info about the event on our website or on Facebook.
Thanks to the past success of this event and the generosity of participants, local businesses, and donors, we were able to provide 265 adults and 175 children in need with free bikes in the Charleston community in 2022.
Since there is only so much space, the number of vendors will be capped at 20 this year. At this time, we cannot guarantee vendor access to electricity. Since this takes place at a brewery/restaurant, no food trucks or vendors that sell alcohol or savory food are permitted. It is your responsibility to have valid and current retail licenses (SC and North Charleston).
Vendors will need to bring their own tents, tables, chairs, etc. No vehicles are allowed on the grass, so please be prepared to transport your things with wagons, carts, etc. from the unloading zone. Set up will begin at 9:00am and vendors are asked to remain until the event ends at 3pm. Vendors will be assigned to spots, although we will take into consideration your preferences for neighbor vendors. The vendor fee for this event is $50 and can be paid in cash or via CC on the day of the event.
