By reading and receiving this memorandum, you voluntarily agree to hold harmless the Westmoreland Symphony Orchestra in terms of any illness, damage, loss, lawsuit, or expense (to any extent of harm) as a result of attending an event or performance with the Westmoreland Symphony Orchestra in regards to COVID-19 or related health or financial symptoms/conditions.
