This form can be used to request changes for your entire subscription package, not for individual performances within your package. You can request additional subscription seats, to adjust your seat location (for your existing package day/performance), or to request a different package day/performance.

You must renew your subscription for the 2024-25 season for any request to be considered. Please do not complete this form until you have completed your renewal. Requests must be submitted by 11:59pm on Friday, May 10 to be considered.

Please note that some seat locations, such as the aisle, do not become available very often.  Only requests that can potentially be accommodated will receive a response. If you do not hear back from us, your request could not be fulfilled. If your requested relocation can not be accommodated, your current renewed seats will be retained. 

For additional packages, we will do our best to find seats near your existing subscription seats. For day/performance changes, we will do our best to find seats comparable to your subscription seats when possible.

Subscription Location Details

In the Notes box below, please provide the Box Office staff with as much detailed information as you wish so that we can best accommodate your request. If you do not have a preference, we will use our best judgment to choose seats that meet your request. 

Examples of Details Include:

  • "Aisle seats only"
  • "Between Rows M and T"
  • "Only inner aisles (closest to center, not wall aisles)"
  • "Balcony only"

In requesting this seat change, I understand that the box office staff will not make any changes without my consent; Box Office staff will reach out via phone with an available option. If no options are available, you will not be contacted. Please do not reach out to the Box Office to check on the status of your request, as we will keep you informed. Thank you for your patience.

Once relocated, my original seats will be reassigned and cannot be retrieved. I understand that if no seats become available to fulfill my request, my current seats will be retained.
