Thomas Dunn Learning Center (TDLC) assists the St. Louis Region by supporting activities that are aligned with our mission. To facilitate and provide for the use and care of the building, grounds, and equipment, the following guidelines have been established.

1. For one-time use, submit this form at least two weeks prior to the event. You will receive confirmation within three business days.
2. For ongoing use, contact TDLC staff to develop a formal "Partner Agreement".
3. Please review and agree to the following guidelines, including payment options.
Our doors remain locked outside of walk-in business hours, Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM for your security. YOU WILL NEED TO ASSIGN A DOOR PERSON TO RESPOND to members of your group coming to the building outside of regular building hours. Propping doors open is NOT allowed - any door found propped open will be closed immediately.
It will be the responsibility of the Contact Person listed on the Room Request to ensure that all the Facility Guidelines are met.
Set Up and Clean Up times include the entire time you will be using the space, including what time you need to be let into the building before the event and how late you will need to stay after the event has ended.
Example:
Set Up Begins: 9am Clean Up Ends: 1pm
Event Begins: 10am Event Ends: 12pm
We have read the guidelines outlined in the Facilities Guidelines and Room Reservation Form. By submitting this form we agree to the set guidelines and any "Partner Agreement". We will share these guidelines, at least verbally, with all in attendance. We accept responsibility for our activities and any damages that might be incurred.
WE AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS AND PROTECT THOMAS DUNN LEARNING CENTER (Thomas Dunn Memorials) FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS THAT ANY PERSON PARTICIPATING IN RENTERS USE OF THE FACILITIES MAY HAVE NOW OR IN THE FUTURE AS A RESULT OF ANY INJURY SUFFERED OR SUSTAINED BY RENTER OR ANY PERSON PARTICIPATING IN RENTERS USE OF THE FACILITIES FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER . As renters, we understand and agree that this indemnification is a contract and not just an idle statement to be dismissed by either party to the agreement.
