Facility Guidelines and Room Reservations

Our Mission: "Building a sustainable region through education"

Thomas Dunn Learning Center (TDLC) assists the St. Louis Region by supporting activities that are aligned with our mission. To facilitate and provide for the use and care of the building, grounds, and equipment, the following guidelines have been established. 

1. For one-time use, select submitt "Room Reservation", at least two weeks prior to the event. 

2. For ongoing use, select develop a "Partnership Agreement" to establish an agreement with TDLC staff that will provide your organization with elevated access to the facilities. 

3. For financial assistance to cover the overhead cost of operating the facility, select develop a "Partnership Agreement" to document an agreed on payscale with TDLC staff.  

4. Please review and agree to the following guidelines

The designated representative on the “Room Reservation” form will ensure that all safety policies are adhered to by organizational staff and attendees onsite during the reservation time. 

Room Request Form:

This form must be completed and approved before any activity will be formally scheduled. Events will be scheduled in the order in which this form is turned in.

How to Complete Time Information

Set Up and Clean Up times include the entire time you will be using the space, including what time you need to be let into the building before the event and how late you will need to stay after the event has ended.

Example:

Set Up Begins:  9am      Clean Up Ends:  1pm

Event Begins:   10am    Event Ends:        12pm






Please include set up and clean up time and multiply by the number of dates you are requesting.

Is this a private event, or is it open to the public?

Priority is given based on availability and group size.

There is no guarantee that we will have time to set the room up for you, but you may describe the set up you would like in case we are able to.

Please list requests to use equipment in addition to our classrooms and seating. Examples include a projector, HDMI cable, card table, etc. We cannot guarantee the availability of equipment.

We have read the guidelines outlined in the Facilities Use Guidelines. By submitting this form we agree to the set guidelines and any "Partner Agreement". We will share these guidelines, at least verbally, with all in attendance. We accept responsibility for our activities and any damages that might be incurred.


WE AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS AND PROTECT THOMAS DUNN LEARNING CENTER (Thomas Dunn Memorials) FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS THAT ANY PERSON PARTICIPATING IN RENTERS USE OF THE FACILITIES MAY HAVE NOW OR IN THE FUTURE AS A RESULT OF ANY INJURY SUFFERED OR SUSTAINED BY RENTER OR ANY PERSON PARTICIPATING IN RENTERS USE OF THE FACILITIES FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER . As renters, we understand and agree that this indemnification is a contract and not just an idle statement to be dismissed by either party to the agreement.
