Thomas Dunn Learning Center (TDLC) assists the St. Louis Region by supporting activities that are compatible with our mission. To facilitate and provide for the use and care of the building, grounds, and equipment, the following guidelines have been established.

Starting on September 1, 2019, TDLC will begin requiring organizations that do not have an MOU to pay a nominal fee for use of the building.
Note: Please do not submit payment until your reservation has been confirmed.
Our doors remain locked (except during major events) for your security. YOU WILL NEED TO ASSIGN A DOOR PERSON TO RESPOND to members of your group coming to the building outside of regular building hours (before 10am and after 6pm). Propping doors open is NOT allowed- any door found propped openly will be closed immediately.
It will be the responsibility of the Contact Person listed on the Event Request Form to:
Set Up and Clean Up times include the entire time you will be using the space, including what time you need to be let into the building before the event and how late you will need to stay after the event has ended.
Set Up Begins: 9am Clean Up Ends: 1pm
Event Begins: 10am Event Ends: 12pm
We have read the rules outlined in the Facilities Use Guidelines. By submitting this form we agree to the set rules and guidelines and any specialized guidelines. We will share these guidelines, at least verbally, with all in attendance. We accept responsibility for our activities and any damages that might be incurred.
WE AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS AND PROTECT THOMAS DUNN LEARNING CENTER (Thomas Dunn Memorials) FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS THAT ANY PERSON PARTICIPATING IN RENTERS USE OF THE FACILITIES MAY HAVE NOW OR IN THE FUTURE AS A RESULT OF ANY INJURY SUFFERED OR SUSTAINED BY RENTER OR ANY PERSON PARTICIPATING IN RENTERS USE OF THE FACILITIES FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER . As renters, we understand and agree that this indemnification is a contract and not just an idle statement to be dismissed by either party to the agreement.
