These guidelines are intended to govern the use of the building, grounds, and equipment (facilities) of TDLC. Request for use of the facilities for a one-time event or on a regularly scheduled basis, must be made by filling out a Facilities Use Form, which will then be reviewed for approval.
Review the following guidelines, complete the attached Facility Use Form and press submit. We require that you submit the Facility Use Form at least two weeks in advance of the date of intended use. You may not arrive before 8:00 AM, stay past 8:00 pm, and we will not approve any request to use our space during the weekend. The contact person listed on the application will be notified whether or not approval is given within three days.

Thomas Dunn Learning Center is primarily a community education center, with our own programs and a small staff. As a secondary service, we allow other organizations to use our space when it is available. We understand that all nonprofits are not funded equally and leave it to your discretion to donate what your budget allows. The overhead cost for an hour for our building is $214; you may use this when determining how much to donate. Thank you.
We have read the rules outlined in the Facilities Use Guidelines. By submitting this form we agree to the set rules and guidelines and any specialized guidelines. We will share these guidelines, at least verbally, with all in attendance. We accept responsibility for our activities and any damages that might be incurred.
WE AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS AND PROTECT THOMAS DUNN LEARNING CENTER (Thomas Dunn Memorials) FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS THAT ANY PERSON PARTICIPATING IN RENTERS USE OF THE FACILITIES MAY HAVE NOW OR IN THE FUTURE AS A RESULT OF ANY INJURY SUFFERED OR SUSTAINED BY RENTER OR ANY PERSON PARTICIPATING IN RENTERS USE OF THE FACILITIES FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER . As renters, we understand and agree that this indemnification is a contract and not just an idle statement to be dismissed by either party to the agreement.
