Dietary Needs

Do you have any food allergies, dietary requirements or other needs our kitchen needs to be aware of? We will work to accommodate you, but you must let us know of specific food needs ahead of time. We are unable to offer any discounts on registration if you need to bring your own food.

Event Registration

Camping is covered in your registration cost. Room accommodations will cost extra and will require an additional step. As soon as you submit this form, we will share accommodation options on the land in and proximity.

Should you need to cancel before August 15th, we will refund everything but a $75 processing fee. Any cancellations after August 15th will not be refunded, apart from partially refundable positive Covid cases.

Registration Costs: We are offering a sliding scale pricing system to facilitate accessibility. Please pay the highest amount you can afford.

$550 - Suggested: Choose this option if you are financially stable. This option covers event expenses and labor.

$850 - Sustaining: Choose this option if you are financially well-off. This option supports lower registration fees for those who need it and makes the event possible.

$350 - Supported: Choose this option if you wouldn’t otherwise be able to attend. This amount does not fully cover the expense of the event.
