MCEDSV 2023 Annual Conference REGISTRATION

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel - Dearborn, MI

Breakfast and lunch are provided both days of the conference.
MCEDSV non-members are welcome and invited to attend.
CEUs for Social Work must be requested and paid in advance ($25/day).
Self-parking at the DoubleTree by Hilton - Dearborn will be free for registered MCEDSV conference guests (excludes Valet parking).

Note the date of Thursday, May 11, 2023. This is both the early registration and cancellation deadline. After this date, a $50 late fee applies to all registrations, and refunds for cancellations cannot be given.

Lodging: MCEDSV's discounted group rate is $85.00/night for the nights of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, May 23, 24, and 25. Reservation instructions will be provided in conference registration confirmations and communications.

The hotel group rate cut-off date is Monday, May 8!

MCEDSV carefully selects venues with the best quality of service to accommodate the varying needs of our guests. Selected venues do the best job working closely with us to meet the broadest range of individual dietary and accommodation requests and that are within MCEDSV's budget limitations per funder guidelines for this event.

Offerings and ability to meet individual and specific requests vary from venue to venue, and individuals with very specific dietary requirements are advised to plan ahead and bring supplements and snacks that will ensure your needs are met.

FYI - meals served at all MCEDSV events will exclude fish and seafood – those items will never be on the menu ;)
