Prairie Loft Commercial Kitchen Rental Agreement Contract

Commerical kitchen space located in the Workshop is available to rent for private use, commercial prepping, classes and more!

Please read the Commercial Kitchen Rental Agreement Terms here before completing this form.

The following is a list of the rental packages, as well as a brief description the length of time and cost of each package.

Monthly Subscription

10 hours per month, $150 per month + $100 deposit*

Additional hours can be purchased as needed at $20/hr.

One-time Kitchen Use

3 hours of kitchen time: $100 + $100 deposit*

Each additional hour billed at $20.

Occasional Caterer

15 hours of kitchen time to be used during one month: $250 + $100 deposit*

Each additional hour billed at $15/hr

Pre-purchase

A block of 8 consecutive hours for prep work only: $150 + $100 deposit*

(No use of heating appliances or freezer). Includes prep surface, refrigerator, and sinks.

Each additional hour billed at $15/hr.

*$100 refundable deposit (cleaning/damage deposit) will be refunded at the end of your kitchen use.

Do any of your products require a Scheduled Process?

(Acidified foods such as pickles, relishes, chutneys, dressings, etc.?) Items that require a scheduled process will need to be inspected by the Nebraska Department of Agriculture (NDA). The NDA will inspect the process by which your products are canned/jarred etc. and this will need to be scheduled in advance. This is a one-time inspection of your process.

I understand that the rental fee for the use of Prairie Loft facilities will be equal to the amounts outlined and chosen above, plus any additional amounts outlined in the contract or charges incurred during the rental period.

I understand that my facility rental request is not considered official until I complete and sign a Facilty Use Rental Agreement and I provide a nonrefundable deposit of $50 to Prairie Loft.
