Dr. Brenda Johnson will be giving a presentation about Advanced Directives, the Medical Power of Attorney, and the POLST form. She is passionate about making sure everyone has the opportunity for shared decision making with their provider during an advanced illness or at end-of-life care, but recognizes that it is first important to be educated about the process. All adults are welcome, as it is never too early to learn about this important subject!
Brenda Johnson, MD moved from Bend, OR, to Boulder, UT to semi-retire with her husband, in June 2022. She has over 25 years of experience as a Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician, with additional training in Lifestyle Medicine and Hospice care, and she is excited to participate in shaping access to care with the Boulder Wellness Network.
