Climate Change Now: Three-Part Series
How can you talk to family, friends and neighbors about Climate Change?
Join us at Columbia Springs to learn how to have an informed, cordial and positive conversation about what is happening with Climate Change today! Our three-part series, lead by educators Grace Teigen and Gene Wigglesworth, will refresh you on the science and history of this complex subject. You’ll discover exciting and innovative technologies to combat this challenge and get a good grasp of not only the looming danger but also the many positive signs that overcoming predictions of doom is possible. You will practice effective ways to confront the issue and even be introduced to the art and music that surrounds preventative initiatives to combat Climate Change.
You will come away feeling competent and empowered with techniques for confidently sharing information along with more that 100 ideas of what you and others can do.
Dates: April 15th, April 22nd, April 29th (every Wednesday)
Time: 5:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Cost: $15/person, includes a light meal.
